What is SUMBOUTCHA! Well, it's a product called the Sumo Squat-Bench, a pair of bench weights. If you don't know what sumo squatting is then you might want to spend some time reading this and find out.
You might have heard of sumo wrestling, which means the sumo wrestler sits down on a chair, which is about the same height as a normal chair and then lifts his or her body weight up onto the bench in order to put some weight on their shoulders. The result is that they end up looking like an overweight sumo wrestler, but that's only because the sumo wrestler is just that - a fat sumo wrestler!
The Sumo Squat-Bench is a pair of barbell bench weights which look similar to a traditional barbell bench but are much wider so that you sit on them and put your body weight on your shoulders. They have been designed to do the same thing as the sumo wrestling barbell.
The sumo squat is a lot easier than the regular squat for most people, because you're just sitting on the bench and lifting your body weight off the floor instead of just standing on your toes, putting your whole body weight on your heels and lifting your butt off the ground. For most people this is a good idea, but for others it's not as easy. The sumo squat is great for doing if you're trying to lose some fat and build up muscle, but you can use it if you just want to do some light cardio (like running) or simply work on your fitness levels.
The reason that most people will think that the sumo bench is easy is that they sit on it with their legs wide and spread out as far as possible. However, the best way to lift weights is with your legs at 45 degrees to your body, rather than just wide. Most people are working against their own muscles, rather than pushing their own muscles - putting your legs in a position where you're flexing them is the best way to get the best effect.
People who are too tall can sit on the sumo bench, but the best way to get good results with these is to go to a gym and ask for the sumo bench to be put under the bar so that you can be tall enough to use it, but not too tall to see. To use the bench the first thing you have to do is go and get the weights, so that you don't lose them to people who want to do something similar.
